Meet Hunter

Hi, I’m Hunter, I started….well let’s get this out the way

”How do you pronounce the name Aryeh?”

Aryeh is a transliteration of the Hebrew word אריה, which means lion. This comes from my first name, Aeriel, which means Lion of God. It is pronounced ‘air-yay’.

As a student minister, I wore many hats - one being administration and design. I was responsible for creating social media content, sermon graphics, and developing online content for my church and non-profits I worked for or attended.

I spent most of my college career working in smaller churches whose budgets don’t always allow for monthly subscriptions on high-quality artwork or marketing materials for the church. I spent many late nights, unpaid hours, and cups of coffee developing my design skills to support not just the local church, but small businesses as well. I began developing brands, creating logos, building websites, and creating print media until I stepped into a design agency with an established portfolio.

After being laid off by this agency in spring 2020 because of COVID-19, I began working on starting this business to make ends meet and to also help local churches with their social media, online presence, and creativity. Hunter has been featured on ProChurch Media’s online community, has work done for Church Motion Graphics, and was featured in Church Communications virtual conference ‘Success With Groups Online’ speaking on ‘Non-Digital Ways to Increase Digital Engagement’

If you’re on the fence about partnering with me and Aryeh Designs, I’m always ready to grab a cup of locally-roasted coffee with you!
